Say after you are done playing while using some cheats, you would open up your menu, then close it so it saves the game, then you would go into your my documents/nbgi/123h15723 folder, copy your current cheat save file somewhere else, and then you would copy a "legit" save file to the documents/nbgi/123h15723 folder, and set it to read-only, then exit the game.
